• Built spatial offset Raman spectroscopy [SORS] system to perform study with bovine cartilage samples [animal model study] – First demonstration of depth-dependent cartilage damage assessment in a non-destructive manner using Raman spectroscopy

• Developed analysis methodology for TSH detection and SARS-CoV2 through SERS [patient sample study]

• Developed cell segmentation software for 3D quantitative phase images [cell culture study]

• Combined morphological analysis from phase images and molecular analysis from Raman spectra for identifying malignancy and stages of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia [human donor cell lines and cell culture study]

• Repurposed genomic analysis toolbox for Raman and cell morphological analysis [cell culture study]

• Explored the utility of compressive sensing in the context of Raman spectroscopy

Masters thesis title: Stabilization of on-chip silicon ring modulator optical frequency combs

• Developed a program to control multiple instruments like Hittite RF frequency generator, Keithley DC power supply, Yokogawa Optical spectrum analyzer, and DFB laser

• Wrote the Bayesian optimization framework to automatically generate the highest number of frequency comb possible in a silicon modulator for a given configuration of hardware by controlling multiple instruments

• Got the experience to work in class 100 clean room with hands-on training on photolithography, etching, and CVD.
